The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please see individual items for details.
Please note that whilst I aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours, custom orders can take up to six weeks, which allows for the time needed to make your unique piece and hallmarking. If you require an item urgently, please drop me a line and I will try to accommodate.
All items are carefully packaged to insure that they are not damaged in transit.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard UK shipping is:
- Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class for items under £50
- Royal Mail Special Delivery for items over £50
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sadly, I NO LONGER SHIP TO FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, LITHUANIA, POLAND OR THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC because of the additional costs and requirements associated with new packaging laws, nor will I ship to the EU or Northern Ireland from 2 December 2024 onwards, because of new EUR GPSR legislation.
Standard WORLDWIDE shipping is Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
Cutoms duties and import VAT
Please note that as a small business with an annual turnover not exceeding the statutory threshold, Wilde Works is VAT exempt. This means that the items listed on my website do not include VAT. Therefore, as a buyer purchasing directly from me, you are responsible for any import VAT and customs duties levied by your country.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United Kingdom 2-3 business days
- Rest of world 7-14 business days
Once an item is shipped, the timing is out of my hands. I cannot be held responsible for any shipping or customs delays.
