Sparkly Silver Ring

This Sparkly Silver Ring is part of my 'Solid as a Rock' collection.

Each Solid as a Rock Ring is handmade from recycled Sterling silver. The silver is carefully textured by hand before forging into a ring and soldering. The ring is then filed, sanded and burnished to a sparkly finish. Each ring is unique.

So what is the story behind the rings? Drawn by the beautiful textures found on rock formations in the Herefordshire countryside, it struck me that one day – if global warming were allowed to play out – rock might be all that is left of our beautiful planet. And so the textures became meaningful, inviting me to use my skills to capture and pass on their message in silver and gold. The resulting rings became almost as precious as their environment.

This ring measures 6mm wide and is a UK size T and is ready to ship in 2-3 working days.

The ring will be shipped in a grey recycled-card gift box carefully packaged to ensure that it is not damaged in transit.
