'Golden Record' Hoops in Emerald Green

The inspiration behind these slim silver hoops is based on the Golden Record aboard the Voyager 1 space probe launched by NASA in 1977. The record contains sounds and images selected to portray the diversity of life and culture on Earth, as well as peace greetings to the Universe in 55 different languages and whale song, intended one day to be found by intelligent extra-terrestrial life.

Handmade in Sterling silver, the sliders are filled with resin mixed to a vibrant Emerald Green and polished to a glossy finish. They dance loosely around the 30mm diameter Sterling silver hoops, catching the light as you move.

The earrings come in a little organza bag and will be carefully packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
